April Showers...Already?!?

Well it is April! It's that time of year where things get crazy busy!

I am lucky enough to be on my schools RtI (Response to Intervention) team. During our meetings we come up with ways to differentiate and different interventions to use for our kiddos. One of the ideas that we talk about over and over is sight word work. I loved the idea of being able to work with one or two of my groups on sight words. I wanted something where my kiddos could read it, trace it, write it, and use it in a sentence.

I am so excited to share with you my new sight word practice pack! I've been using it with my kiddos and they LOVE it! We have been working on it in groups. I have my students read the words out loud, then trace it, write it, and then fill in the sentences. When they are done with the sentences, they read them out loud to a peer so that they can double check their work. I love when my kiddos are enjoying their work so much that they forget it is actual work.

You can do group work, have them work individually, use this as morning work, or even send this as an extra practice for homework. I hope you enjoy it as much as I am ! Enjoy!
